Vinification: The destemmed grapes are immediately gently pressed. During alcoholic fermentation, the yeasts are regularly activated by oxygenation.
Description: This rosé features a delicate amber/copper hue. Floral aromas and red fruits such as wild strawberry and raspberry are complemented by a subtle smoky note. On the palate, it is well-balanced with a lively acidity and a long, refreshing finish.
