Description: Château Bon Baron’s Auxerrois reveals a gentle, spicy, and mineral character with a perfect texture and a well-balanced profile of residual sugar, acidity, alcohol, and fruitiness. Its light pale yellow color shows long, slow tears. Delicate aromas of pear and grapefruit lead to a full-bodied, rounded palate with a long, fresh finish.
