Fermentation: 50% barrel fermentation with punch-down during alcoholic fermentation, 50% in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 2 years in French oak barrels, with bâtonnage during malolactic fermentation.
Description: This Chardonnay features a bright yellow hue with golden reflections. It boasts intense and complex aromas of flint, pear, green pepper, honey, tropical fruits, chamomile, tea, banana, and sage. The palate reveals flavors of peach, apricot, damson plum, lemon, green tea, honey, white pepper, vanilla, and nuts. The wine is round and elegant, with beautifully integrated oak.
